Her multifaceted skill set includes a proven track record in content writing, policy and procedure implementation, and training processes.
Throughout her career, Jessica has been a driving force behind operational efficiency, consistently deploying best practices to optimize organizational performance. Her strategic insights and leadership have contributed to the success of numerous small businesses, where she has adeptly implemented policies and procedures to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Nancy is a seasoned Clinical Officer with a wealth of experience in overseeing compliance and quality assurance in healthcare environments. With almost 45 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse, she brings a depth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Currently serving as a Clinical Officer at 7Vital, Nancy ensures adherence to compliance requirements while prioritizing the delivery of high-quality workforce solutions across various healthcare settings. With a background in managing government and commercial contracts, Nancy excels in maintaining standards and optimizing clinical operations to meet client expectations.
Prior to her current role, Nancy held significant leadership positions, across numerous and unique healthcare delivery systems. In these roles, she demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic development skills, contributing to the success and growth of the organizations and the people that she served. The HealthCare landscape is constantly changing and evolving to be better positioned in meeting the expectations of providers, partners and community members.
